Like most people, I wear many hats: proud mom, sister, wife, grand mom, friend, animal rescuer, pretty good cook - and also - I am a childhood abuse survivor who isn’t afraid to talk about it.

Why should I be ashamed of what someone else did?

I have a passion to share my story of healing to help the multitude of others who feel alone.

Besides my parenting book, I'm now writing books for young children with cute stories exploring feelings and how to be happy! It's a lot of fun!
